In a word......TERRIBLE!! On the day before I left, I made a reservation over the phone to be picked up from home to go to the airport (and even confirmed before I went to bed). Pickup time came and went with no taxi or call from the service. When I called, I was told that they were working on getting someone to my location. So in order to NOT MISS MY FLIGHT, I had to drive myself to airport and pay for long term parking for a week (which was a cost that I was suppose to be avoiding by getting a taxi). On top of that, when I called, there was no apology for being late or potentially causing me to miss my flight. He honestly sounded like he couldn't care less. Terrible customer service from an unprofessional company that's utter garbage. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
