Full Yoga Schedule which includes classes in Anusara Essentials and Deepening, Aligned Flow, Restorative, Intro to Yoga, Slow Flow Vinyasa and Kundalini. Private Instruction and Special Workshops.
We also house an Art Gallery which has opening the second Saturday of every month and Beach chair concerts the third Saturday of every month. Jazz, Rock, Country and Classical.
