The Yoga Café offers a yoga program that includes Beginner Yoga, Yoga Foundations I and II, Anusara-inspired Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Flow Yoga for Wellness & Weight Loss. Many of our classes incorporate pranayama breathing and meditation. We also offer Pilates and Tai Chi.
