Bad Customer Servce:
We went to Yums Express yesterday...Upon entering, we were ignored for 5-7 minutes by the cashier. Once the cashier was available, we asked for the platter; I didn't want an eggroll and asked the cashier if we can swith it for a soup and pay the difference (50 cents). he said can't do and gave us a nasty attitude. when we said we are leaving, he said whatever. Will not suggest this to anyone who is looking for good customer service
