This is a taiwan-style breakfast place. If you don't know what that is, pretty much it means you'll find various items you'd consider standard on a dim sum menu, plus a few other signature items like a soymilk based soup with softened chinese donuts floating in it. It's not for everyone, but what is impressive are the prices. You'll easily be able to feed 2 people for less than $10. However, you'll probably have to order in mandarin, although they do have an english menu, and in a pinch you can just point. They have a great cart full of baked savory goods blocking the doorway - I recommend the chicken turnover.
