Laron Fulmore (salesman) is a very friendly man, great technician, very knowledgeable. He fixed my remote start within no time. FYI: Ziebart on Jefferson told me my remote is not fixable. In the end I will say I trust you guys. Great Job! -Syed 10/23/10

Was excited to purchase and have installed a remote car starter by Ziebart of Rochester. Unfortunately, I ran into a team that was disorganized, lacked attention to detail, and was not customer focused.

I actually visited both the Lyell Ave location as well as the Henrietta location. Josh at Lyell was all too happy to make the sale but failed to understand what he was selling. As a result a $200 install turned into a $200 install PLUS a $300 module. I learned this after 1st visiting Lyell Ave for my appointmnet and then learning that I was supposed to bring TWO sets of keys. I rescheduled the install at the Henrietta location with hopes of getting better service. Unfortunately, no one ever put me on the calendar so I wasted two trips

As a result I asked for a refund and to speak with the owner. Am still awaiting that call....
