I went to Zingg to have my brakes repaired. I was overcharged and Mechanic forgot to tighten my lug nuts. I heard a noise while and pulled into a repair facility and they showed me right away what my problem was. Never Go To Zingg Motors.

A couple weeks ago my car window froze and it stuck. When I tried to open the power window it came off the track because it was frozen in place. It fell off the track completely and fell inside my car door. It was too cold outside and I am in college and do not have an apartment with a garage to fix it myself. I took it to Zingg and they put the window back in place and charged me $240.00 for 2.5 hours of work. Once I was able to drive to other shops and showed them the paperwork and explained what had been done each shop told me the work they did takes an hour at most. I received quotes between $50.00 and $90.00. All the other shops told me I was overcharged and I was taken for a ride.

Highly recommend! We had a great experience with Zingg's service department, we had a light come on on the dashboard and we had no idea what it was... We called Zingg and spoke with Mona, she was great! She got me in right away, diagnosed the problem quickly and then gave us a ride home while they fixed it. We had just bought the car (not from them, but now we wish we had) The problem was fixed the same day and they even washed the car!!!
