2 months for 2 shirts:
I ordered my shirts mid January and didn't get them shipped for 2 months. I had to call and email them almost every day to finally get something done. The main person who answered phones (Sunshine) was friendly and helpful, but couldn't really do anything to help except try to get higher up people to finally do something about it, and they repeatedly ignored my calls and messages. Finally 2 months after the order and my card being charged $53, one of the higher ups did call back and said they'd FedEx'd my shirts so I should get them in the next few days. He was rude and never apologized though.
