Our experience buying the car (a BMW X3) was smooth. Matt and his colleagues were nice, not needy, and easy to work with. I asked Matt about the carfax and everything seemed okay. I wanted to double check so I asked Matt if they had inspected the car recently. He said everything was A-okay.

It was after the purchase was made where the problems rolled in. Expecting a used car would have some hiccups, I went to two mechanics who told me that the car was in poor condition and I needed more than $4K+ in repairs. I was shocked so I e-mailed Zoom back to let them know. The only thing Matt responded with was, "I didn't know that." They also stuck us with a key that didn't work properly. Because of how much we paid in repairs, I just asked them to get us two keys. They would only give us one key and the other worker Lizette didn't even send us the license plates until my temporary license plates expired. She apologized for it but the customer service post purchase was truly appalling.

Our overall experience was awful. I've bought used cars before and have never dealt with this many problems.

They're truly the definition of a snake oil salesman. They're the epitome of all our worst fears about a shady dealership.

The sales representative who helped me was very great. He really worked with me to find a great car within my budget. I am very happy with the purchase I made. I would recommend anyone to come here. Great variety, and great deals.

Trust me, I am a researcher. I needed to get a new car and went rounds deciding which car I wanted. I visited Zoom's website and then went there multiple times. I never felt pressured to buy -- in fact I brought someone else back with me and they purchased a car at the same time. The staff was always friendly, and never pushy. In fact we made them stay late one night (and our salesperson late 2 nights). It was a pleasure to do business with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and pleasant experience.
